Who pays the card fees?
You do, on every plan: 2.9% + 30¢ per payment, plus 0.7% on subscription payments. Your earnings show card processing as its own line next to the OpenMat fee.
What is the difference between sales from my own link and sales OpenMat finds for me?
A sale from your own link is a buyer who came through a link you shared or from another site. A sale OpenMat finds is a buyer who found you inside OpenMat: the feed, search, the map, a gym or event page, or another member's post. Sales OpenMat finds for you have a higher fee; each plan lists both rates. When we can't tell, you get the lower rate.
When do I get paid?
Starter payouts go out monthly once your balance reaches $50; smaller balances roll over. Pro and Elite are paid weekly with no minimum. During the founding free months, Starter payout rules apply.
I have a code. Where do I use it?
Choose Pro or Elite, then select "Have a code?" before checkout. A code keeps its price for as long as your plan stays active.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade from your creator dashboard any time; to move down to Starter, cancel and your plan runs to the end of the period. Your new fee rate applies to sales after the change. Founding plans are locked during the free months.
Can I move from Elite to Pro myself?
Yes. Open the plan page in your creator dashboard and choose Switch to Pro. The change happens right away and the billing difference is prorated. During the founding free months, plan changes wait until they end.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then you move to Starter. Your page, videos and subscribers stay.
